I'm a member of Tarrant County RACES, which provides emergency communications, performs SKYWARN storm spotting for the National Weather Service and coordiates with the various Emergency Operations Centers located in the cities in Tarrant County. We also provide volunteer communications for various events.

Tri-County Amateur Radio Club: (Repeater Frequency 147.160 PL 110.9 WC5C)

* Coffee at Azle Cafe - Every Friday 6am at Azle Cafe across the street from Azle High School. 1119 Boyd Rd (aka FM730 North), Azle, Texas 76020.

* Ragchew and Information Net - Every Thursday - Saturday,8pm local time

* Club meeting On the First Saturday of the month

Hurst Amateur Radio Club: (Repeater Frequency 147.100 PL 110.9 W5HRC)

* Club meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 19:00 hrs the normal location is the Hurst Public Library.

* Hurst Amateur Radio Club: Workshop days are held on the 3rd Saturday of the month at approximatly 09:30hrs location is the Hurstview EOC.

The HARC holds a regular scheduled radio net on Sunday nights at 18:30hrs on the 147.100 repeater
